    All of our pieces are lovingly handcrafted in the UK and Spain, inspired by the beauty of the sea and coastlines. Each design is unique and made with care.
  • What materials do you use?
    We use high-quality materials including sterling silver, stainless steel, natural shells, sea glass, and other coastal treasures. If you have specific material allergies or concerns, feel free to contact us before ordering.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Whether it’s for a special gift, bridal party, or personal keepsake, just drop us a message and we’ll do our best to bring your idea to life.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping times may vary depending on location.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return. Custom pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.
  • How do I care for my jewellery?
    To keep your jewellery looking its best: Avoid contact with salt water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or jewellery box. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth.
  • Can I include a gift message or gift wrap?
    Absolutely! All of our pieces come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. You can add a personalised message during checkout.
